Journeys booked with AC Chauffeurs are quoted as a fixed, all-inclusive price before travel, based on the route, vehicle and timing provided at the time of enquiry.

Cancellations made with reasonable notice ahead of the scheduled pickup time are not charged. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a charge to cover the chauffeur and vehicle held for the booking.

Airport arrivals include a period of complimentary waiting time to account for immigration and baggage delays. Waiting time beyond this, or for non-airport pickups, is agreed at the time of booking.

All vehicles operated on our behalf are fully licensed and insured for private hire. Our liability in connection with any journey is limited in accordance with applicable law and our insurance arrangements.
